App Features
The App offers the following features:

No installation is required (web).

Currently available in 5 languages (more coming soon).

Focused on pre-reading students, or for all ages and languages.

It protects minors: it does not collect any personal data and registration is not required.

Save your projects: you can download them to retrieve them later.

Multiplatform: adapts to small, medium and large screens.

You can create two types of projects:

Robot mode: robot program.

Story mode: program your own stories (available in late 2026).

The ecosystem is growing and, thanks to the Tactile Jr App, it is consolidating by offering an educational web application for students to learn to program, creating projects, stories and programming robots... and with accessibility features!
Tactile Jr App is an online application that you can use in any browser ( computer, tablet or Android mobile, Chrome browser recommended), without needing to install anything.
It is currently compatible with Maqueen®, Blue-bot®, Cutebot®, Finch® or Escornabot.

Program robots in "robot mode"
To program robots, follow these steps:
b) Go to app.tactilejr.org and select "Robot Mode". We recommend using the Chrome browser. It currently works on any computer with a camera and Bluetooth, and on Android mobile devices or tablets.
c) Create your program using the blocks within the app.
d) Connect your robot using your device's Bluetooth (iOS does not currently support Bluetooth. The iOS app will be released in late 2026).
e) Click on the green flag to start!

Program robots with 'Tactile Jr Cards'
The letters include QR codes that can be read with the new Tactile Jr App (app.tactilejr.org) , so that, from a smartphone, tablet or computer, with a camera it is possible to program floor robots.
To program robots, follow these steps:
a) Select the cards that have a robot icon on their back. These are the cards compatible with ground robots.
b) Access the web application app.tactilejr.org and select "Robot Mode". We recommend using the Chrome browser. It currently works on any computer with a camera and Bluetooth, and on Android mobile devices or tablets (the iOS app will be released during Q3 2026).
c) Create your sequence with the cards and scan them with the camera inside the app.
d) Connect your robot using your device's Bluetooth
e) Click on the green flag to start!
You did it!
You can create new programs with the cards and/or the App and easily reprogram the robot by repeatedly clicking the green flag!
